2. Marketplace Role

Indiana Marketplace Pvt. Ltd. is a B2B listing and lead-generation marketplace. We do not participate in transactions, logistics, or payments between buyers and sellers.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying each other and completing transactions independently.

3. Buyer Safety Measures

  • Seller identity verification (KYC where applicable)
  • Business profile checks
  • Listing moderation & quality checks
  • Fraud detection & risk scoring systems

4. Verified Sellers

Some sellers on the Platform may carry a “Verified” badge. This indicates completion of business verification steps but does **not guarantee**:

  • Product performance or quality
  • Pricing accuracy
  • Delivery timelines

Buyers should always request documents, certifications, and further verification from sellers before finalizing a deal.

5. Secure Communication

To reduce fraud, buyers should communicate with sellers only through official channels such as registered emails, verified phone numbers, and platform messages.

6. Fraud Prevention

Indiana Marketplace Pvt. Ltd. actively monitors suspicious activities including:

  • Fake listings
  • Fraudulent offers
  • Payment scams

Users involved in fraud are permanently banned and may face legal action.

7. Payments & Transactions

Since we do not handle payments, buyers must ensure safe transaction methods such as escrow, secure bank transfer, or transparent invoice-based transactions.

Avoid sending advance payments without proper verification.

8. Product Authenticity

We take measures to remove misleading or counterfeit listings. However, buyers must request:

9. Dispute Assistance

We provide buyer–seller dispute guidance via support but cannot enforce refunds, replacements, or compensation.

We help mediate communication and provide platform data to assist resolution.
