5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and business details when submitting enquiries or purchasing.
• Verify seller credentials and ask necessary questions before placing an order.
• Follow dispute resolution steps if issues arise with orders or deliveries.

6. Listings & Content

Sellers are solely responsible for content they upload. By publishing listings you grant Indiana Marketplace Pvt. Ltd. a license to display, modify and promote such content on the Platform.

7. Fees & Payments

Certain features, plans, or promotions may incur fees. Fees are displayed on the Platform or in your seller agreement. Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways and is subject to their terms.

8. Leads & Enquiries

Leads generated through the Platform are delivered to sellers based on routing rules. Sellers must not misuse contact data and must comply with applicable marketing and communication laws.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in activities including but not limited to: fraud, misleading listings, scraping data, spam, harassment, or violations of intellectual property rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content and trademarks belong to Indiana Marketplace Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without permission. User-submitted content remains owned by the user, subject to the license granted to Indiana Marketplace Pvt. Ltd..

11. Termination

Indiana Marketplace Pvt. Ltd. may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, illegal activity, or at its discretion. On termination, certain data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as-is". Indiana Marketplace Pvt. Ltd. disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Indiana Marketplace Pvt. Ltd. harmless from claims arising out of your violation of the Terms or misuse of the Platform.
