Reset / change password
How to reset a forgotten password or change your current password.
Forgot your password?
Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. Enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link within 2 minutes.

Click the link in the email. You'll be taken to a secure page to set a new password. The reset link expires after 1 hour for security. If it expires, repeat the forgot password process.
Changing your password (when logged in)
Go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click Save.
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 number
Google sign-in users
If you signed up via Google, you don't have a platform password. You can set one by going to Account Settings → Security → Set Password.
After setting a platform password, you can log in with either Google or your email/password.
