How to update profile details?
Update your personal details, contact info, and business profile.
Updating personal account details
Go to Account Settings (click your avatar in the top right) → Profile. Update your name, phone number, and profile photo. Click Save Changes.
Changing your email address
Go to Account Settings → Security → Change Email. Enter your new email address. A verification link is sent to the new email. Your old email remains active until the new one is verified.
You cannot use an email address already registered on another Indiana Marketplace account.
Updating business profile (sellers)
Go to Seller Dashboard → Business Profile → Edit. You can update:
- Business name and description
- Office address and contact number
- Business categories
- Logo and cover image
- Social media links
- Certifications and awards
Deleting your account
Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Read the impact (all listings, leads, and data will be permanently deleted). Type 'DELETE' to confirm.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Download your data first if needed.
