Why is my listing not visible?
Troubleshoot common reasons why your business or product listing may not appear in search.
Common reasons for listing invisibility
If you can't find your listing on Indiana Marketplace, here are the most common causes:
- Email not verified — check your inbox and click the verification link
- Listing is still under review (usually takes 2–4 hours)
- Listing was rejected due to policy violation (check your email for details)
- Wrong category selected — your product may appear in a different section
- Low profile completeness — incomplete profiles rank lower in search
Check your listing status
Go to Dashboard → My Products. Each item shows a status badge: Live, Under Review, Rejected, or Draft. If it shows Draft, click Publish. If it shows Rejected, click the info icon to see the reason.
Profile completeness score
Sellers with a completeness score below 60% may have reduced visibility. Check your Dashboard → Profile Strength and complete any missing sections.
Add a logo, cover photo, business description (150+ words), and at least 3 products to reach 80%+ profile strength.
Still not visible?
If your listing is Live but still not appearing in search results, it may take up to 24 hours for search indexes to update. If the issue persists beyond 24 hours, contact our support team.
