How to manage leads?

Organize, filter, and track all your buyer leads from one place.

3 min read

Lead management dashboard

Go to Seller Dashboard → Leads to see all your incoming enquiries. The dashboard gives you a full view of your lead pipeline.

Filtering and sorting

Use the filter bar to sort leads by:

  • Status: New, Responded, Won, Closed
  • Date range
  • Product/service
  • Buyer location

Marking leads

You can tag any lead as Hot, Warm, or Cold to prioritize your follow-ups. Use the notes field inside each lead to add private internal notes visible only to you.

Closing / archiving leads

If a lead goes inactive or is not relevant, mark it as 'Closed'. Closed leads move to the Archive and don't affect your active pipeline count.

Lead analytics

Dashboard → Analytics shows your lead volume trends, response rates, and conversion metrics over time. Premium plan includes detailed source attribution (which product, which search keyword).
